No. All our tiers include unlimited young person profiles and unlimited staff accounts within the registered home. We never charge per-seat or per-child fees.
How does onboarding and staff training work?
Because MapMyCare is designed to be child-friendly and intuitive, staff get up to speed within 15 minutes. Every platform and home plan includes a complimentary live video onboarding session directly with our founder.
Where is our care data stored?
All data is stored exclusively in high-security, ISO-certified UK data centres, fully encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
